The conditions of use and guidelines on ONIMAS are as below:

1) By registering with this website, one has agreed that all the data input into this website will be used for the purpose of benchmarking. Basic scheme information, irrigation management practice and all other data in this website will also be shared and viewable by the public.
2) Only registered users have the right to input data for any new irrigation or drainage schemes and edit data for the schemes created or owned by them. However, a scheme owner can request for a group of users to be grouped under a Named Group and thus be given the permission to edit the scheme concerned.
3) Unregistered users will still be able to view the information for all the schemes except those schemes which have not been released for viewing by the system administrator.
